New members for the International Olympic Committee (IOC) were elected in the second part of the session (October 7-9).

Mr Habu Ahmed GUMEL (Nigeria)
Mr Habib Abdul Nabi MACKI (Oman)
Ms Lydia NSEKERA (Burundi)
Mr Göran PETERSSON (Sweden)
